Rachel Stephens
Rachel is a graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, having received her Master of Arts Degree in Musical Theatre Performance in October 2015. She also holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Manitoba. While living in Scotland she was lucky enough to find work teaching language and performing arts in the UK, France and Switzerland and she continues to return to Europe to teach each summer. Rachel currently works in the Fraser Valley as an acting teacher, in-demand vocal coach and directing musicals for local theatre groups. Favorite past roles include Esmeralda in The Hunchback of Notre Dame (Theatre in the Country), Potiphar’s Wife in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Secondary Characters) and Ophelia in the original workshop of The Women Of William (Thurston/Saringer, RCS).
